PEGA - Personal edition installation error

Hi, I'm receiving the following error while installing PEGA personal edition. Please guide to resolve this issue. Attached log file for reference. Environment: Windows 8.1 OS RAM: 16 GB BUILD FAILED D:\Softwares\1. RPA\PEGA\Personal-116502_PE8.3.0\pegaGuiInstallerTemp0\build.xml:279: java.io.FileNotFoundException: D:\Softwares\1. RPA\PEGA\Personal-116502_PE8.3.0\pegaGuiInstallerTemp\CreatePegaShortCut.vbs (Access is denied) at java.io.FileOutputStream.open0(Native Method)

Hi, Thanks for the update. By default the installation("install.bat") will not run if the batch file is executed as administrator mode. it will work if it is executed normally without "Run as Administrator" option. During the installation time i verified the installation temp directory and found that the file "CreatePegaShortCut.vbs" is missing. Still i'm waiting for the solution to succeed the installation.

Hi, I tried to add the the following path to the environment variables (PATH), still the issue is not resolved. --C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_25; --c:\windows\system32; --D:\Personal-116502_PE8.3.0\PRPC_PE.jar;

Tried to run the batch file as administrator, still facing the same issues, any thoughts on this?
