Performing Agents on case to update data

When the case is in Stage and the details are not fetched by CSR, Then Agent will identify the cases of those types and update the details related to those cases

BASED ON ACCOUNT NUMBER ,TRANSACTIONS WILL DISPLAY IN SECOND STAGE .IF THOSE TRANSACTIONS ARE NOT DISPLAYED WITH OUR LOGIC THROUGH AGENTS WE NEED FIND THOSE TYPE OF CASES AND AGENTS SHOULD UPDATE
