For Pega/SalesForce integration, it again depends on your use cases. Common use case is to use Pega SalesForce Extender to embed pega gadget inside SF portal - see this link for details: https://pdn.pega.com/products/pega-extender-salesforcecom

What kind of connects are you talking about here? In general, from Pega to PeopleSoft, you can use industry standard REST API: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E58500_01/pt854pbh1/eng/pt/tibr/concept_UnderstandingRESTServiceOperations.html#topofpage. From PeopleSoft to Pega, Pega can host REST service as well (Service-REST).
