PEGA0017 - Cache purge alerts increasing
Hi
We could see many cache purged alerts (PEGA0017) in the alert log daily during the application specific agent run, which is resulting in slower execution of the agents. The alert log is attached. In addition to the activity mentioned in the alert log, the PEGA0017 alert is thrown on many other activities randomly. Is it because of faulty design of our application code or it is a pega defect ?
The current DSS setting is Prconfig/collections/mru/PropertyReference/instancecountlimit/default = 60000

Thank you Pawan, that being the solution, let me know how can I know arrive at the new threshold value. Because,
1. the first time when I saw the count was around 2 lakhs - i cleared the cache and restarted the system - application was working fine.
2. the second time the count was increased to 12 lakhs - i cleared the cache and restarted the system - application was working fine.
There is a wide deviation between the 2 counts. What value should I be setting for the DSS?

You can set the value to 500000 to see if that clears up the alerts. If you still find that you are still seeing the alerts, the next step should be to open an SR to have the issue looked at further.
