Pega0017 alert - *declaratives/fragments: Successfully reduced Concurrent MRU Map by 201 down to: 1000.*

We are seeing many Pega0017 alert during performance testing with the message - *declaratives/fragments: Successfully reduced Concurrent MRU Map by 201 down to: 1000.*

We tried setting the below DSS but it didn't help - 

Pega-Engine • prconfig/declaratives/declarepages/instancecountlimit/default (set to 3000)

Pega-Engine • prconfig/declaratives/fragments/instancecountlimit/default (set to 5000)

What is the correct DSS setting for this?

Pega Version - 7.4
