Pega upgrade 24.2 Issue

We have recently completed an upgrade from PostgreSQL 12 to PostgreSQL 17.5, followed by a Pega upgrade using the ./update.sh script. However, we are encountering issues while starting the web pods. The pods are failing to start, and we are unable to proceed with further testing.

Here are the steps we followed:

  • Upgraded from PostgreSQL 12 to PostgreSQL 17.5.
  • Ran the ./update.sh script to upgrade Pega.
  • After completing the upgrade, we attempted to start the web pods, but encountered errors during the proces

@ETHIRAJAND I noticed the following from your logfile:

"Unable to create DSM service DATA-DECISION-SERVICE-DATAFLOW DEFAULT'
