Pega upgrade tools from 8.8.5 to 24.2

Hi, I have downloaded the upgrade tool and followed the user guide, All good from steps 1-5 until the Home tab does NOT display the Upgrade version landing page (step 6).  Can anyone assist and help me progress this?
