Issue with job scheduler activity. We see this issue is happening immediately after bring the application up eventhough job scheduler time is passed. lets say, if job is scheduled at 8am CET and if system is down during that time, and if system is made available at 10am CET, this job is running and completing immediately in 2-3 mins at 10am CET which we feel as pega defect. This is causing big impact for lower envs refresh with PROD. Because even to update the productionlevel settings, it will take atleast 10mins for SMO to do.
