Pega Startup logs showing WARN create a Data-Admin-DB-Name definition

After Upgrading from 6.2 to 7.4, Server restart is throwing different Warnings.

How to resolve this issue?

Can you please verify if the user configured to connect to the database has appropriate privileges in the database as per the installation guide.
