Could you please run below query on your DB
select pzPVStream from rules.pr4_base where pxObjClass = 'Data-Admin-DB-Name'
It seems that pr4_Base doesnot exist somehow or userID used doesnot have access to this

Is there a DB clients on Pega? How can i run the query on the DB?
Actually i am trying to connect Pega to external database (DB2).... you have suggested to run the query on the Pega DB right? Or do i need to grant access to the user? How to grant the access to the user?

We can run it on a separate DB client that is specific to DB2
Pega doesnot have any inbuilt DB client.
