Pega session management
When user opens Pega portal in two different windows (one with a reference request to copy over from, the second one a new request), the windows keep refreshing. Would like to understand if this is a Platform constraint that causes this refresh behavior. Is there a way users can open two windows with different case ids in each of them?
Can users use the same browser and open two windows in Pega, for them to copy over data from one place to the other
Please let me know if this is expected behavior in Pega where the second window keeps refreshing

The browser windows would need to be opened as new sessions.

But what is the need for such a design, it is causing poor customer experience....
They cannot work in paralell, they cannot copy paste from one till the other, and not all users are tech savvy to understand this... I can see that there are dozens of people reporting this on the PDN and the answer open a new browser session, is not intuitive for any end user.
Anything in the roadmap of pega to fix this?
