Pega Robotics Studio (standalone version 8.0.1081.0) does not get installed when VS 2015 is present
When trying to install Pega Robotics Studio (standalone version 8.0.1081.0) on a system which has VS 2015 already installed, it does not get installed and prompts to install the plug-in version instead. This was allowed with earlier versions (8.0.1018 and 8.0.1045) that we tried with. However, looks like from 8.0.1081.0 onwards, this has been changed. Though it makes sense to install the plug-in version when VS 2015 is already there, is there any specific reason for this limitation been set now?

Hello,
Generally, we always have recommended installing the plugin. In the past, there have been several potential problems which could occur on a machine that had both of these present, due to the fact that they have many identical assets. This restriction was added to prevent this from happening. Using the plugin if you have visual studio installed is always what has been recommended though.

Any update on this? This restriction seem to have been done only in recent builds. Even 8.0.1076 had allowed to install Studio (standalone), when VS 2015 is already present.
