Cross-posting here (posted a similar message to the Pega Academy community so apologies for the duplicate).

I'm working through the Pega Robotic Automation Essentials training, in the Windows Integration section. Windows 7 laptop and the free version of Pega RPA from the academy.pega.com portal (version 8.0.1089.0).

I am able to path to the sample CRM application that comes with the training version of Pega RPA, and able to launch it using the Start Interrogation button... but the Interrogation Form does not appear.

I get a pop up box stating "The process CRM.exe failed to start within the given timeframe. Continue waiting?" - which is odd, because the CRM login box appears just fine.

If I click yes, the box goes away and then repeats (per its timing setting); if I click no, the interrogation session ends.

The login for the CRM app appears (says OpenSpan on it) and when I close it the underlying CRM automatically launches just fine.

Any pointers on getting the Interrogation Form to appear are welcome.
