Unable to launch Pega Robotic Automation Architect Essentials

I’m unable to launch Pega Robotic Automation Architect Essentials and getting below error.

Please make sure pop up locker is off for this site. If you are trying to access a course/lesson, then training content either does not exist or you are not authorized to view it .

If you think this is a mistake, please contact Self Study Support.

Pop Up blocker has been turned off still nothing wroked.

Sent email to self study support, but still no response.

Kindly assist on it.

Chetan, that issue should still allow the page to load after a few seconds, (I have ad blocker and get the same pop-up), however if you still are not able to load the course, have you tried clearing your cache, or even seeing if you are able to launch the course in an Incognito browser for the time being?
