Getting error while launching CRM Application in PEGA ROBOTIC AUTOMATION ARCHITECT ESSENTIALS

Hi

While starting interrogation for first time of CRM.os application i am getting below attached error in PEGA ROBOTIC AUTOMATION ARCHITECT ESSENTIALS.

Can anyone please help me on this.
