Hello,

I am working my way through the Pega Robotic Automation Architect Essentials course, and am on Section 2, Windows Integration, and in the Working with Windows Adapters part of the course.

I am using the Pega Robotic Studio version (free temporary version) 8.0.1089.0 that is part of the course ware, on a Windows 7 laptop.

I managed to create the CRM.os adapter and pathed to the CRM application that comes with the software successfully and am now trying to interrogate it.

I click Start Interrogation and the CRM application launches, but the Interrogation Form does not appear for me to drag and drop over to the form.

I get a pop up box asking me if I need to wait longer for the application to launch, which is odd because the CRM application does launch. Clicking yes does not help, and clicking no just closes the interrogation. Either way, the Interrogation Form does not appear.

So, I can't go further. I checked the help documentation but with no luck.

Assistance would be helpful so I can move along in the self-service training.
