Pega Robot Studio plugin Initialization Error

Hi, I work in desktop support at my company and I have a ticket to get this plugin working for my end-user. When he launches VS 2015 he's getting an Initialization Error from the plugin. We have reinstalled the plugin and visual studio. Any help would be appreciated.
