@BalajiS17024027I do not believe there are community editions available any longer for 19.1 as it is going out of support at some point in the future. To acquire versions for use, I believe you can get a link from any of the community courses, those these will likely be in 22.1. If you are a licensed user, then you can still download 19.1 versions from the download portal.
