Pega Pulse wizard at case level

Hi, Can anybody help me in telling where and how to add Pega pulse widget so that Pulse is visible when we open a case and we can post private msg visible only to people accesing a particular case? Shall we add the pyPulseWidget in pyCaseActionArea or any other place?
