Like in Pega Preview our client wants to show few screens before splash screen and it needs to be shown only for the first time.

Our client wants to build a mobile channel for our application. The requirement is like this we need to show a few screens for the user when he installs the mobile app for the first time. These screens need to be shown before the splash screen like how it is in pega preview app. Is there a way to achieve this requirement?
