Pega Platform 8.5 and Pega Personal Edition start up issues
Currently, I've been trying for two days to get either of these systems to work. I built an new application in my personal edition 8.4 and it crash a day later. I'm not able to retrieve any work as there is a UI error when I log in that prevents any action on the screen. I was told to download Pega Platform 8.5 and I keep getting server errors and I'm not sure how to proceed through the installation and its asking for JAR credentials and I have no ideas what that is. Next I downloaded Personal edition 8.5 with the hopes that it would work and I'm getting database failure there too. Please help as currently, I'm blocked from continuing my application build. Can we get more information about the UI issue first. What browser version are you using? Do you have the same error with an Out-Of-The-Box user as well such as [email protected]?
What is the server error you are talking about? Can you send us the error message?
Same for the database error actually. What database version is it?
