Question regarding Pega Personal Edition installation of 8.5

After completing the SA mission (8.5 version), I'm trying to install Pega Personal Edition to expand my knowledge on the platform. Via the Digital Delivery link, I get the following message: "You are not authorized to access this page.". I've tried to contact the Digital Delivery support on my portal but looks like it's not working because everytime I try to contact them I get unlogged from the website. Can anyone please tell me the correct procedure to get the right link and dowload the software zip file? Thank you.
