Pega personal edition(8.6v) application is not rendering properly when trying to load it.
Hi,
I have installed Pega 8.6v personal edition for practicing. Earlier, application is loading fine without any issues.
Now, it is not loading properly with other content being overridden as shown in the attached screenshot.
Attempted solutions to fix:
1. Cleared Cache
2. Tried in different browsers
3. Reinstalled server as well as system
Sadly none of them worked :(
Other than reinstalling prpc, is there any other solution?
If reinstalling PRPC is only way how can I save this data in existing application and what is the complete procedure?
Any suggestions please

Can you try to truncate the cache tables and try to restart the instance as it is a PE. If this doesn't work try to take each of the application RAP in the current Pega server and import them using (Configure-->Application--->Distribution--->Import) option in your new Pega server after the successful installation.

Generally, Pega doesn't recommend truncating the cache tables in real-time projects. It's not a good practice to delete the cache tables until we get the update from pega GCS. Deleting the cache might affect the performance. But as you are working on the Personal edition, you may try to delete the following cache tables and try the use-case.
Please take the complete DB backup before deleting the cache tables.
