Pega ootb integration to RabitMQ or use of AMQP protocol
Hi,
As per requirement we need to connect to a RabitMQ server and listen or pull topics from a queue by using AMQP protocol.
We are in Pega platform version 8.2.8, i can see there are JMS MDB listener and MQ listner ootb to configire but i am missing a RabitMQ ootb rule.
Is there an ootb RabitMQ listener in higher Pega Platform version where i cam make use of it?
Any suggestion on how to achieve the integration with RabitMQ from PEGA? Is it possible to use JMS MDB Listener somehow? or via java connectors?
I would appreciate some help on this.

There is no OOTB rule to integrate with RabbitMQ. However you can connect to it using JMS listener . Request you to go through https://collaborate.pega.com/question/integration-rabbitmq . Hope this helps you .

Is there any official PEGA documentation to go through that explains what it comes on the link you have provided me? I mean some kind of PEGA documentation related to this topic that gent in deeper and in more details.
Let me explain to you what i have understood from the link as to be honest i have some doubts:
As there is already a Rabit MQ server within our company infrastructure, i have to omit the below steps:
- Install RabbitMQ
- Install RabbitMQ JMS Client: You might need to do the "Enabling the Topic Selector Plug-in"
- copy client jars to your application server lib directory
- Start RabbitMQ server: I used the "rabbitmq-server" command to start it on my Mac
- Prepare your application server:
- This step depends on your application server, I used Tomcat and included the required JNDI resources below.
I only need to know the RabbitMQ, jndi aplication server, etc . configuration details to connect to the Rabit MQ needed to configire the PEGA JMS Listener, correct?
Therefore i only to carry out the following steps:

- All required JARS -> Do i need to install any jar files in Pega side?
- Sample JMS listener "RabbitMQ"
- Sample JNDI Server "Localhost_1"
- Sample Service Package "RabbitMQ"
- Sample JMS Service "RabbitMQTest"
- Sample activity to process message "ProcessRabbitMqMsg"
- Sample activity to create a RabbitMQ queue, destination and send messages for testing "SendRabbitMQMsg"
- Start the JMS listener
- Run the SendRabbitMQMsg activity to test
