Pega AES OOTB integration services

Does Pega AES provide any OOTB integration services apart from providing email services for alerts or do we have to build a custom one for our requirement.

We want to integrate AES with HPOV (HP OpenView) to generate tickets.

AES is an application built on top of PRPC and thus can utilize all the integration capabilities that come out of the box with PRPC. Some customers have modified the flow and the UI to send requests to 3rd party monitoring tools to create tickets instead of keeping work items (cases) open in AES for the performance issues identified.
