Pega Marketing for Communications v7.31 – Details related to deprecated (NBAA) ruleset & changes in the inheritance
Hi All,
Could you please provide the Next-Best-Action Advisor (NBAA) ruleset that had been deprecated and details context of changes in the inheritance.

Hi All,
For quick conclusion:
- Pega Marketing For Comms don't support old NBAA starting from PMC 7.22.1
- PMCv7.3.1 is built on PegaMarketing only, not PegaMarketing_NBAA - Change in built on application will impact any existing functionalities, as the rule resolution might take NBAA, Marketing rules ahead of PMC rules and functionality might affect.

As per my knowledge We have the legacy NBAA as part of marketing in 7.3.1 we have deprecated in 7.4

For very quick update with reference to Pega Markerting for Communication v7.31: Next-Best-Action Advisor decoupled from Pega Marketing for Communications The PegaMarketingNBAA built-on app has been decoupled from Pega Marketing for Communications. Accordingly, the Next-Best-Action Advisor (NBAA) ruleset has also been deprecated and its inheritance path has changed.
Could you please let me know whether any supporting articles or reference to deprecated ruleset .
