Pega Language Rulset Not Appearing in an Expected Format

We are doing a Migration Project from  Pega 6.2 to Pega 7.1.8. The Application uses Dutch Language Pack.

There is a discrimency in tems of Application rule set stack created by pega.

We expect the Application rule sets to be appearing first then the Pega Language rule sets, However the opposite is happing. ( Please see the screenshot)

Please let us know if this is a default behavior in Pega 7 ?

If No what is the way we can bring the Application rulesets first then the language rule sets.

 

PS: We have validated and found the Pega Language rulesets are not mentioned anywhere in the application stack.

Hi Pritam,

This is a default behavior in Pega. Language Pack rulesets are applied on top of Application rulesets. I am not sure about the reason behind it.
