Pega Integration with GitHub

We are analyzing the feasibility of using GitHub as SVN in Pega 8.5 and above. Could you please let us know if there is any way to integrate with GitHub as repository from Pega? Also, please let us know if there is any future plan in the upcoming releases if there is no way currently. At this point in time we are just trying to determine if this is feasible.
