Pega field service import completed with errors

Hi Team,

Please find the attached screen shot regarding Pega Filed Service installaton on Pega 7.2.1 completed with errors.

Able to login to the application without any issue.

Kindly have a look attacheds screenshot and revert.

This will not affect fiteld service application. These questions are related to survey questions that will be asked by CSR to the customer while creating work order.You should be able to access the application without any issues.
