Wanted to verify if you have had a chance to go through the Pega Field Service Installation Guide.

Installation Guide 

Also, Upgrade Guide

These are for Pega Field Service 7.22

Hi Vamsi,

You can request the Pega Field Service software from the Pega Support portal. Navigate to My Support Portal and Enter the Request Type as Media Request.
