Pega Deployment manager studio 5.2 is not getting configured as expected
Hi Team,
we have configured the deployment manager 5.2 in pega 8.5.2 version and getting configuration error even after following all configuration steps as per below:
Step 1: checked the orchestration URL is correct in general settings.
Step 2: generated client secret and clicked on update authentication profiles. also cross verified the authentication profiles from dev studio having proper client secret, access and revoke token end points
Step 3: Uploaded keystore file in DMKeystore and updated same in the DeploymentManagerClientJWTProfile token profile.
After following all these steps getting the below error:
There is an error fetching details from Deployment Manager services https://XXXXXXXXXXXXX.com/prweb and Deployment Manager Studio will not function as expected. Please verify the configuration of the Orchestrator URL and authentication profiles configured. Error: the HTTP response code of 500 indicated a server error. The response data may contain a reason. // The body of the service's response, which is set up for mapping in the Connector rule, was empty for this service call.
Error screen shot has been attached.
Please suggest if any other steps needs to be followed. Thanks in advance

@PuneethR are you on Pega Cloud or local instance. Also, could you please check if you are using valid certificate in environment ? Please raise a support request if the issue is not resolved

Hi,
The codeset version in dynamic system setting "properties/com.pega.pegarules.bootstrap.codeset.version.Customer/default" was pointing to higher version hence the deployment manager library functions were not imported properly. the issue is resolved now.

Hi,
is the issue resolved? I was having a similar issue while configuring the pipeline and I have performed all the steps as mentioned in the installation guide. For e.g. I have:-
1) Generated client secrets and updated authentication profile
2) DMStudiouser and DMAgentUser Auth profiles are configured with the correct access and revoke token endpoints
3) Uploaded proper Keystore in DMKeystore rule
4) Password and Alias for keystore are correct in DeploymentManagerClientJWTProfile token profile security section
