PEGA Data from PEGA DB to other DB
Hi Team,
I have an requirment to send the PEGA data from PEGA databse to other database which includes both BLOB tables (work,assignment..etc) as well as few external tables.
To achieve this I can use BIX + ETL.
Is there any other PEGA technique(OOTB or customization) to transfer the external table data (where we don't have BLOBs) rather than using ETL ?

Extraction from external tables which don't have the pzPVStream column is only supported from 7.1.9 onwards. If you are using an earlier version, you should either
- Upgrade your Pega platform and BIX version to the latest - this is preferable
- Configure your ETL tool to extract data
- Use the export option from a report definition - least preferable as this might impact the system based on the number of records in that table

Hi Akshay,
BIX can also extract non BLOB data. Can you please elaborate on external tables? If teh tables are related to any particular class in Pega, you can create an extract rule in that class and extract data. You can use BIX to extract data to DB, XML and CSV.
