Hi,

I am using Pega 7.2 and have several workbaskets listed on my Dashboard. It displays the basket items for certain users in a particular work group, but not for operators in another work group (i have added the workbasket to their operator id and all have the same roles). I am not sure why it does not display basket items for both sets of users.

Also, i can add the 'work queues' gadget on the dash, it will list the queues i want to see with counts of items in the queue, but when i click, nothing happens. I cant see the queue items.
