PEGA CDH 8.6 Scenario planner simulation has not populated with Projected value capture & Projected response
Hi,
We are using PEGA CDH 8.6 Scenario planner simulation to understand the projected responses and business value for two different simulations. However, we don't see Scenario planner dashboard is not populated with Projected value capture & Projected response as expected. Attached the sample screen-print.
We have historical responses in our IH and IH aggregation summary dataset enabled. Are we missing any additional data/configuration to get the scenario planner populated with project value capture?

Hi @BURTA,
Attached screen shots are from the Dev environment to demonstrate the all new PEGA CDH 8.6 capabilities to the business users as we have development work in-progress. We have yet to configure the Data migration pipeline to copy the Production data to BoE to perform the actual simulation in our BoE environment. Hope this helps and answers all your questions.
We have added feedback for the propositions (it's very minimal) and forced the ADM model to update the responses from the ADM landing page. Referring to your statement on "your models have not accumulated enough responses", is there any threshold configuration available for us to tweak the scenario planner to populate with the results?

We don't really have a 'tweakable' configuration to circumvent the best practice 'model maturity' condition. As of 8.6, I believe the NBAD out-of-the-box best practice is 200 accepts as the threshold for model maturity if that helps in your efforts to 'populate' the models.
Alternatively, we do have an undocumented 'demo mode' that might be helpful (and much easier) if your environment is used specifically for demonstration purposes. Please reach out to me directly at [email protected] if you'd like to explore this option.

This query could go a number of ways, but I will ask a few questions to get going
- What version are you on?
- What environment are you using? BOE?
- Does this environment have access to production data?
- How did the data get copied? Data migration pipeline?
A few other things
- The left / right tile and the projected responses will not populate as your models have not accumulated enough responses yet for Scenario Planner to rely on the propensities calculated
- The middle tile is populated from the Scenario planner actuals dataset (copied from Prod using the data migration pipeline), do you have this in place?
