PEGA CDH Not Populating Tracking via Campaign

Alright, so I have treatments, those are set to have PEGA track them. If I do a test send via an action PEGA will then populate the email with tracking values at the bottom. If I run the same action via a campaign or primary schedule then PEGA does not populate the tracking info at the bottom. The https URL is missing when viewing the source. What can I do to correct this?
