I have experienced some freezing with my Automations (PEGA 19.1) that use IBM PCOMM. Error messages say - The program pcsws.exe version 6000.16.15279.192 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. Has anyone else had similar experience? Is the PCOMM version outdated to work with WIN 10?

@KeliM993 I did Google this error and it does seem like there might be a fix from IBM. You might contact that vendor to see if they have a known issue. Generally speaking, Pega Robotics interacts with emulators through HLLAPI, so there is usually no reason to suspect that Pega Robotics is involved in the application behavior directly. If you do suspect that this is caused by Pega Robotics though, you should open a support request as they can collect the appropriate logs and associated data from you to either confirm or eliminate it from being part of the problem.
