(Pega 8) Case lock is not released after 30 mins

Hi there,

we have configured the expire lock time for a case to 30mins, but even after 30 mins of idle time the lock is not being released.

I have checked the pyClusterAndDBCleaner job scheduler, the logic written in this is-> lock will be released if lock expired 3 days ago.

What actions does Pega perform on lock expiry? (currently, Lock is not released even after the lock is expired.)

Hi,

please find the configuration as attachment:system and case type cfg

 

In System-Locks, as instance is created when case is locked, the expiry date in that instance is being set after 30mins which is correct.
