Pega 6.2Sp2 Application does not work properly in Firefox
Hi Team,
As per Platform Support Guide for Pega 6x, Firefox Browser is supported for accessing end user Pega 6.2SP2 application
But, we are facing UI issues and few functionalities are not working as expected.
Our application need to work in Firefox. Kindly provide your inputs.

Upon reviewing the associated SR, I see that SA-22125 "PRPC 6.2 SP2 application is not working as expected in Firefox" has been generated as a resolution. Please reference this SA if you have the same question.

Hi Mounika,
Below are the few issues which were noticed in one of the Module
1. Unable to open WO from Task List
2. On Expanding Location, Additional tabbed details are moved to right
3. Model window is not displayed properly
4. Header is distorted
5. Blank white spaces
6. Check boxes are not aligned with the text

Are all the above issue working fine on other browser / browser versions ? Ie-11 and Chrome ?

All the above issues mentioned persists in Chrome as well.
Everything works fine in IE9. Currently we are not supporting IE11..
