Pega 6.2 SP4 + CPM + Avaya Integration = Windows Aero Crash?
Hi,
we are facing the following issue in our call centre: some users keep facing an Aero crash (some users rarely, some others several times per day). The whole screen becomes black, then it recovers after some seconds. On Event Viewer we see only that Desktop Window Manager has been closed "because it was using too much memory".
We would like to know whether somebody has faced this problem. We are trying to find out if this might be related to Pega or Avaya, since these are the applications more intensively used in the call centre.
