pxConnectInMapReqElapsed step is consuming more time for a particular service, but for other services the same step is taking less time.

Hi Karthik,
There are two possibilities:
1. This is an issue with the external system which has exposed the SOAP service. The service might consume more time to provide result.

2. Internal Pega issue like delay in parsing or activity logic execution. Check the parser and test it individually to locate any performance issue. Pls check log file to provide more details

Hi,
You may want to trace the complete call and find out where the delay is getting added. The significance of PEGA0020 is, the call is being made, but the overall process is taking longer time than expected. The delay can be because of network latency as well, which you can trace with the help of tools like tcpmon. If an endpoint itself is taking time then you may want to talk to the provider.

Step11 -- Map inbound data to clipboard of invokeaxis2 activity is taking 60 secs (approx.) to complete. Can we check further, what is the reason such that it is taking more time to execute.

Could you please tell us which version of PRPC you are using? I checked InvokeAxis2 Step 11 and it is 'Check for a cached HTTP client' and not the 'Map inbound data to clipboard'.
