Parse pdf content which is attached in mail

I have an requirement to read the pdf which is send by the client. Based on some keyword in pdf content it should create new case. I tried email listener and eform. But in email listener I can able to read the email body and attach the pdf to the created case. I want to create case based on pdf content. Can someone help me to achieve this. Thanks in advance.
