Paid Media configuration in pega
Hello Team,
am trying to create a paid media destination using facebook after cretaing business manager account in facebook account.how ever am not able to generate token id as its not accepting my gmail account for creating ad accounts.can someone help here ,as we wanted to test paid media actions from our cdh application.

- What's your CDH version?
- Could you please follow this document to setup Facebook destination https://docs.pega.com/bundle/customer-decision-hub/page/customer-decisi… . While following this kindly let me know at which step your are stuck.
- Have you created Facebook app? What's your Facebook app version?

Have already tried the creating facebook destination like facebook business manager accounts and others,but its not allowing me to login in to facebook for developers through my gmail.Do we have any other way to get the sample token so that i can establish the connectivity for the destination and running paid media campaign.

@moryh we are uisng Pega 24.2 version .
have already tried creating facebook account manager accounts but unable to login facebook developer app using gmail. so wanted to know do we have any way to create destination other than this or any dummy destination token just to check connectivity and run paid media campaigns.

If you are not able to login to Facebook developer https://developers.facebook.com/ with Gmail account then could you please try logging with your Facebook account?
Other way to get access token is via Facebook App as shown in attached image. However, getting access to Facebook developer account is still recommended.
If you are trying to just explore the Paid media manager without getting into account setup then you can use Web destination(App studio -> Settings-> channel -> Paid media -> Web -> Add destination). When web destination is used to run paid media campaigns then all the audiences are stored in internal table and not sent to ad network.
In this way you can explore different kind of configurations required for paid media manager, and visualize the generated audience in Customer Decision Hub portal (Left Navigation -> Paid -> Audiences & Artifacts) without getting into any ad network related setup.

Thanks for the guidance ,have created the web destination and inculded paid media channel on channel configurations.could you please let us know what are the next steps to intiate a campaign for paid media channel.
