There is an item configured in the Manager portal navigation which triggers a landing page action on click which open a harness. The display options for the harness has the keep error display visible option checked. That harness itself has an embedded section which is rendered after the navigation item is clicked. The navigation rule is in the Data-Portal class

There is a button in the rendered section of that item which triggers an activity after a click. That activity runs few conditions to assess the correctness of the values defined in the section. The activity is defined in a Refresh-This section action In case the values are not correct, a Page-Set-Messages set an error message on the harness.

The activity uses pyLanding page as the primary page and we can notice that the error is correctly set on the page in the tracer. However, the error is appears and disappears on the screen. Also, the error message is not found on the page in the clipboard

PS: There has been a product upgrade from Pega 7.1.9 to Pega 8.5.3

Is there any solution to my issue?
