Paga Marketing latest version details for the upgrade
Hi,
Upgrade from pega 7.1.7 to 7.3.1 is planned for our application and framework as well from 07.13 from latest version.
Q1.Kindly advise what is latest version of pega marketing or the link where could i check ?(I could see pega marketing 7.31 user guide)
Q2. Does pega marketing upgrade guide is available for 7.31? if not, shall we use the marketing upgrade guide 7.22.1 to upgrade 7.31?
Q3. how is the compatibility between page platform 7.3.1 and pega marketing latest version(assuming it is 7.31)?
please advise

Thanks for the reply. I am new to upgrade stuffs,wanted to confirm on below points,
Q1: is there any compatibility issues between Pega 7.3.1 and pega marketing 7.31?
Q2: do i have to get any media file from pega except pega 7.3.1 and pega 7.31?
Q3: For backup, we used to VM snapshot for entire system? anything we need to follow as part of failover stategy if we have VM snapshot?

Q1. Pega Marketing 7.31 is certified to be compatible with Pega 7.3.1
Q2. You only need the media for Pega 7.3.1 and Pega Marketing 7.31
Q3. Typically we recommend customer take a database backup. If this is in the VM snapshot you should be fine, but this is something you will need to discuss with your VM administrator.
