Outlook Integration Prerequisites
Hi,
A new customer, who bought SFAI, is planning the sw distribution to hundreds of users/clients and he raised the following questions with respect to the Outlook Integration Plug in prerequisites for Pega Sales Automation™ 7.21:
- must be installed Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 on all the clients?
- Is it required the specific 4.5 version of Microsoft .NET Framework or is it the minimum version required?
- must be installed Outlook installer version 2.0.0 on all the clients?
Could you please help me to answer to these questions?

Hi Eugenio, our testing was on 4.5 but it should work on .Net 4.5 and higher. I would recommend testing .Net 4.6 in a dev environment to confirm.
And yes .Net and the installer needs to be installed on any clients/desktops since it is an add-in for Outlook.

I believe, Microsoft 4.5 is what is tested and certified for Outlook integration w.r.t Pega Sales Automation 7.2.1

I want to Implement outlook integration, when every I sent a email to outlook recipient I need to recive a flag that mail was sent. appriciate your help.
