Optimistic locking mechanism; how the system identify the who is first user and who is the second user?

When we are working with optimistic locking mechanism how the system identify the who is first user and who is the second user and it can be obtained from operator level or application level?

Hi Suresh,

In the Optimistic locking functionality whoever submits the work object first is choosen as the first user and the second user will be notified with a message to reload the work object to see the first user changes before commit.
