OpenSpan.AgileDesktop.exe disappears

Multiple developers have experienced the same issue. A solution is cleaned and then started. A build occurs but before the Agile Desktop bar shows, or OpenSpan.AgileDesktop.exe starts, a message (see image) shows OpenSpan.AgileDesktop.exe does not exist. (not the OpenSpan.AgileDesktop.exe.config)

Has this occurred to others? Is there a solution for this?
