Openspan Interaction Framework Queries
I am trying to create an interaction framework with three projects. The question I have is:
1) The interaction is started in the startup project. In the other two projects (project 1 and project 2), there are automations that get triggered when the Interaction started event is triggered. How does Openspan sequence these two, which of these two automation would be started first?
2) I also want to have some context values set, when the interaction is started, and before the other automations are triggered. But how can I sequence it.

Without some second step after the "Interaction started" event, it's a coin flip. I would suggest having automation 1 start off of "Interaction started", and automation 2 start off of automation 1 "started", with oth processes being asynch.

Set an automation that starts off of your interaction, then does its work, and ends by starting the other two automations.
