Interaction Framework usage guidelines
Hi, I want to know when should interaction framework to be used? Can I use in below scenarios: 1. If process interact with one application 2. If process interacts with more than 1 application 3. Is it mandatory to use interaction framework for any process irrespective of process flow

Hi,

Yes, you can use it regardless of number of applications and at the same time it is not mandatory for use. It all depends on your use case and what you are trying to achieve using Interaction Framework.
