It's recommended to create the solution from sratch to get the understanding of all the inner workings and details of the interaction framework.
I have attached a PDF document that walks your through creating your first Interaction Framework project and also provides details of how the framework works with each step.

The interaction framework is not specific to adapters. There is nothing different about it with regards to which type of adapter you are using (or not using any at all).

interaction xml has some duplicate records. Just i removed those duplicates and it fixed the issue.

I am not familiar with those errors specifically. It seems as though you have something corrupted or missing from your project.
